• Set up new company file in Sage 50 or Quickbooks

• Enter bills and payments and manage payables

• Enter invoices and receipts and manage receivables

• Payroll: 

  • Set up new employees

  • Calculate source deductions and net payment amount

  • Calculate and file monthly CRA payroll remittance

  • Prepare and file ROEs

  • Prepare and file T4s, T4As and Summary at year-end

• Calculate and file HST, WSIB and EHT

• Allocate expenses to jobs

• Reconcile Bank and credit cards

• Prepare Financial Statements -- Balance Sheet and Income Statement

• Liaise with accountant at year-end, post adjusting entries
